I Have had a fish tank for sometime now and I have only two angle fish and a couple of day ago i decided i wanted to put some Darf Gourami fish in so i went to the store and bought a male and a fat female (hoping that she was pregnant). I had doen a lot of studing and all the books said that the two fish would form a tight bond, and the two i have bought have not. Am i doing something worng? Also the female is very large. Is there a possibility that she is pregnant and just will not lay her eggs because i bought the wrong male?

Build your tank around one male and two female gouramis, and it will be stunning. If you have a 30 gallon aquarium, you can also add a school of tropical fish and some corydoras, and you'll have the perfect community aquarium.
